We had an amazing experience with NUXO and Yousef ! 11/10

I called him on a Sunday evening as we had experienced a large kerosine spill inside our vehicle.. what a nightmare !! He took the time to listen to what we had already tried (dawn, vinegar, baking soda), explain the best packages to assist and gave several options based on our budget (his rates are exceptional). I was able to book a next day appointment, opting for inside and outside deluxe adding on ozone treatment.

Yousef and his colleague Zayn, arrived promptly and listened and observed in detail where the spill occurred as it was not visible. Once completed, I could tell the smell had significantly reduced and was assured that the Ozone treatment should assist with the remaining smell. Once we let it air out, we were very surprised of the success of the cleaning. Though a smell could still be smelt when putting nose against seat, we were very happy with the outcome… previously thinking our only option was to replace the seats.

After a day had passed, Yousef checked in with me and inquired about the smell. I was very appreciative but admitted we could still slightly smell it, but were still very happy with the outcome. Yousef wanted to come back the next day and try to work the smell out again, concerned as I’m pregnant and we have a toddler. This was above and beyond what was expected. The second time around significantly improved the smell to the point where it is only faintly detectable when nose is pressed up against it. This is beyond amazing and proves his attention to detail and pride of workmanship.

We can’t recommend NUXO and Yousef enough and will be using them again. We found them based off a google search and the outstanding reviews. They are a small company just starting up and definitely will exceed your expectations. My car smells like strawberries and is so shiny!! Customer service is 11/10!!
